USA: L Brands has unveiled its fourth quarter results ended 29th January, 2017. The company’s net sales in the period stood at US $ 4.489 billion, up by 2% as against US $ 4.395 billion in the corresponding period last year. Also, comparable sales stood flat for the fashion retailer.
In the full year period, L Brands’ net sales increased 3% to US $ 12.574 billion compared to US $ 12.154 billion in the comparable period last year. The Comparable sales in the reporting period surged 2%. The fashion brand also posted its fiscal results for the month of January. The Net sales in the mentioned period totalled US $ 805.2 million, registering a decrease of 1% as compared to last year’s net sales of US $ 811.3 million. The Comparable sales decreased 4% in the reporting month. The company operates 3,077 company-owned specialty stores in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Greater China.
